Finding Your Phone Model Number
Android Phone(Samsung Galaxy, LG, Motorola etc)
  1. Click the Menu button and select System Settings
  2. Scroll down through the list toward the bottom
  3. Tap About Phone
  4. Locate your model name and number in the list
Nokia Lumia
  1. Go to Settings
  2. Tap About
  3. Your model name and number will be displayed in the Phone Information sectopm
HTC, LG and older Nokia phones
  1. Remove the back cover
  2. Remove the battery
  3. Your model number will be printed on the inside of the phone, usually on a white label
Nokia
  1. Type in *#0000# on your phone's keypad. The display shows your phone's model.

FAQs
Can I change my shipping address after my order has been placed?
Unfortunately, we do not have the ability to change your shipping address once your order has been placed.

What if I provided an incorrect address?
You as the customer are responsible for providing the correct address to ensure your parts in a timely matter. Typically when this happens,
we will receive the order back to us as undeliverable, Once we receive your order back to us we can re-ship the order using the correct shipping address.
Please double-check before placing your order to ensure that your address is correct and up to date.

When will I get my order?
We do our best to ship your order the same day (when you place your order by 7:00pm EST) but some orders may not ship until the next business day.
Orders placed on Saturday and Sunday will be shipped the following business day.

Has my order shipped?

Why have I only received half my order?
Orders may be sent in multiple shipments from different warehouses for faster delivery.

Why is there no movement on my tracking number?
Please note that USPS tracking information typically only updates once a day and can sometimes go days without an update.
Do not fret about your shipment; this is normal behavior. Rest assured that it is not affecting the delivery date of your shipment.

Why hasn't my order shipped?
Orders may be delayed for several reasons but the most common delay is when the shipping address supplied is different than the billing address.
We may contact you via email or phone for further verification and may temporarily delay your order.

What do I do if my order is lost in transit?
Orders that have been lost in transit must be reported within 72 hours of estimated delivery. We do not offer refunds for orders with tracking that shows the order was delivered.
