How to replace an iPhone Glass Screen

• -Power off phone.
• -Remove two screws at the bottom of the phone.

• -Use suction cup and pry tool simultaneously to gently pull up the iPhone screen

• -Hold phone screen less than 90 degrees so you can disconnect the cables that are holding it together..

• -Watch Youtube video on how to remove the cables holding the LCD assembly to the phone.

• -Use a hairdryer or a heat gun to soften the glue so you can gently separate the frame from the LCD Assembly. It is best to keep the temperature under "hot to the touch".

• -insert the tool kit heat resistant wire to separate the frame from around the edge of the glass. Keep the frame intact.

• - Use hairdryer again to soften the glue under the glass.
• -Use the tool kit wire, guitar picks or a playing card to assist in removing the glass from the LCD.

• -Use 91% alcohol (available at pharmacies) to remove glue residue from the LCD.

• - Add special adhesive strip or laser-cut adhesive from your tool kit around the edges of the phone.

• -Add a new glass screen to the top of the LCD

• -Re-assemble the phone.
• -Remove protective film from the new glass screen.

• -Completed!
